Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers can be used to lift, restore, enhance, smooth & contour facial features by strategically adding volume to areas of the face where it is needed.
As we age, our face naturally loses volume and fullness due to reabsorption of bone, muscle laxity and fat pad loss. This volume loss decreases 10% every decade after the age of 20 which leads to facial shadowing, deeper folds, and the appearance of lines.
Lips —
There are several different combinations of lip shapes & sizes, and each is unique to that specific individual’s facial anatomy. Desired results along with patient preference is going to differ from one person to the next - there is not a “one size fits all” when it comes to lip filler. Cheeks —
As we age, volume in the face diminishes, cheeks begin to flatten and skin begins to sag. This leads to the appearance of a flat face, with deep lines around the mouth, shadowing under the eyes, and sagging skin, or jowls, along the jawline.
