Cancellation Policy

 We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $100.00.

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone, please review the following policies before scheduling your appointment.

GUEST & CHILDREN POLICY

For the comfort and safety of all clients, extra guests and children are NOT permitted during appointments unless they are receiving a service or are needed for translation purposes. I reserve the right to refuse service if this policy is not followed.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

I accept Cash, Card, Tap to Pay, and Afterpay.

CARD ON FILE REQUIREMENT

A valid card is required on file when booking any service. Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking. It is simply required to secure your appointment and will only be charged if applicable cancellation or no-show fees are incurred.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

I understand that things happen and schedules may change. However, I kindly ask that you respect my time and business. - A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. - Any cancellation made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a $100 fee. - No-call/no-show appointments will also result in a $100 fee.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be canceled, and you will need to reschedule.

COMMUNICATION POLICY

Please be advised that text messages and social media messages are NOT considered official forms of communication regarding appointments. If you need to contact me about your appointment, please do so by phone call or email only. I will respond within 24–48 hours.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

All cancellation and no-show fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies and terms listed above.
