Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!

IF YOU ARE NOT RECEIVING A SERVICE, I DO NOT ACCEPT EXTRA GUESTS OR CHILDREN AT APPOINTMENTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE SERVICE IF NON COMPLIANT.

- It is mandatory that you put a valid card on file when booking any listed service. This card will NOT be used for payment, it is just to hold your appointment. 

- A no call/no show or cancellation within less than a 48hr notice will result in you being charged $100. 

- If you’re more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and you will need to reschedule. 

TEXTING OR MESSAGING ON SOCIAL MEDIA IS NOT A FORMAL POINT OF CONTACT IN REGARD TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. PHONE CALL OR EMAIL ARE APPROPRIATE POINTS OF CONTACT IF YOU NEED TO REACH OUT, WHERE I WILL THEN GET BACK TO YOU WITHIN 24-48 HOURS.

Cancellation and no show fees are non refundable and non transferable. By booking an appointment with me, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
