Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!

IF YOU ARE NOT RECEIVING A SERVICE, I DO NOT ACCEPT EXTRA GUESTS OR CHILDREN AT APPOINTMENTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE SERVICE IF NON COMPLIANT.

- It is mandatory that you put a valid card on file when booking any listed service. This card will NOT be used for payment, it is just to hold your appointment. 

- A no call/no show or cancellation within less than a 48hr notice will result in you being charged: 50% of the service cost for filler

50% for Kybella treatment

100% of the service cost of a lip flip

$100 charge for any Botox/Dysport service

$100 charge for any RF microneedling treatment

$15 for B12 service

$50 for filler dissolve

$100 for any PRP/PRF service

50% of the service cost for any post-op care service

- If you’re more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and you will be charged an inconvenience fee of 50% of the service cost for filler, 50% of Kybella treatment, 100% of the service cost of a lip flip, $100 charge for any Botox/Dysport service, $15 for B12 service, $50 for filler dissolve, 50% of the service cost for any post-op care service, $200 charge for any RF microneedling treatment, $100 for any PRP/PRF service. You CAN apply this amount to your rescheduled appointment. If you choose not to reschedule, you’re choosing to forfeit that amount. NO EXCEPTIONS.

- If you do not show up to a consultation or cancel in less than 48 hours from your appointment, you will automatically be charged $50. 

Cancellation and no show fees are non refundable and non transferable.
